Shipping & Returns

All sales are final. In the event that your item is damaged (i.e. becomes bent, your crystal/stone/shell falls out, your crystal is lost), we do offer repairs. Cost is subject to inspection. Most repairs are free of charge. If with proper care, a piece becomes damaged or overly worn, do not hesitate to reach out. We will happily make adjustments and repairs. Simply contact us and we will begin the repair process. Contact us prior to returning your item via email at RTVibeFL@gmail.com.

After receiving the item and prior to beginning a repair, we will contact you to inform you if there are any costs involved. Repair payment and shipping fees are required within 3 days of the notification. If the customer does not satisfy the payment within 14 business days, the item will be discarded, the repair will not be completed, and a refund will not be granted as all sales are final.

The customer reserves the right to have the item returned or discarded. In the event that the item is discarded and a shipping fee is already paid, the fee will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Items will be accepted for repair within 90 days of when item was purchased/delivered, unless an exception is made.
